Mumbai based fashion designer Rinku Jain was traveling with her cousin on the Western Express Highway when a 10-foot rod came flying out of nowhere and crashed into the car’s windshield
t was a fortunate break for Mumbai-based style fashioner Rinku Jain after a 10-foot iron pole fell on to her taxi and crashed into the vehicle’s windshield. The mishap occurred when Rinku Jain, a style creator who claims a shop in the Goregaon suburb, was going with her cousin on Mumbai’s Westen Express Highway. Her taxi was going under a flyover at Jogeshwari when the 10-foot pole came flying all of a sudden and crushed into the vehicle’s windshield.
The sharp-edged pole missed hitting Rinku Jain, who was sitting in the traveler’s seat alongside the driver, just by a couple of inches. Her cousin Rashi was sitting in the secondary lounge. A group of the Mumbai Police was watching close-by and raced to the spot. The police have started an examination concerning the mishap.
Cops are searching for CCTV film to decide how the bar wound up colliding with the vehicle. It is suspected that the bar may have originated from a building site close to the mishap spot.
Reviewing her tight brush with death, Rinku Jain stated, “On Tuesday I needed to go town [South Bombay] side for pressing work. I had a ton of ensembles and different materials to convey with me. My vehicle was not working so I chose to take a Uber. We booked a taxi from Goregaon. I was joined by my cousin Rashi. As there was a great deal of material in the vehicle, I was sitting in the front seat by the driver.”
